“ Truly fantastic fresh pasta restaurant - the guys in here show a genuine passion that you won’t find in many other places. The dishes are simply amazing. The fresh pasta is delicious and becomes an integral part of the dish, rather than a filler or vehicle for the sauce. My absolute favourite is the amatriciana which is just the right balance of rich tangy tomato and pork cheek which almost seasons the sauce. Everything is well priced and the portions generous, they even use biodegradable packaging for takeaways! ”
“ LO Paste Tradizionali is the best place to have some truely Italian home made pasta. I had Chitarra and as a side dish I had Parmigiana. Previously we tried Vinncisgrassi, which is a 15th century vegetarian lasagna and I had Maccheroncini, which is made of Italian sausage, rustic tomato sauce and dried Ricotta. Staff is friendly, service is excellent. ”
